Jamel Randall Owner Of The Trap Yoga and Massage Studio,Author,Massage Therapist and 500 EYT.
“We all have an authentic story that can be shared through the vessel of yoga. We are not just calling out poses for a good stretch. We want to teach students to feel the sensations of a pose in a way that changes their life forever."
Jamel Randall
After years of massage and Thai bodywork, I embarked on a journey to unlock the benefits of yoga. Realizing that many in my communities weren't welcomed into this wonderful world, I sought out to make it easier by introducing Trap Yoga classes filled with music, dance and fun! The Trap Method was born (Trust.Reveal.Accept.Practice.)- allowing people from all walks of life closer access to their true selves for a more liberated lifestyle beyond any boundaries. Nowadays, thousands have embraced this philosophy around the country and hundreds train under me to become certified teachers themselves: ultimately learning how to be open-minded through uncomfortable transitions towards fulfilling freedom.
